New Home Blinds

A shocking experience. Missed appointments and poor communication. A blind pull rod broke shortly after fitting and Mike is not returning calls, messages or emails to remedy what should be a cheap replacement. Im now having to source myself and struggling to find. I would not recommend.

I had already bought my roller blinds and most companies I contacted were unwilling to provide a fit-only service. Luckily I contacted New Home Blinds and Mike was very helpful in arranging a convenient time to fit 3 blinds. He was pleasant, helpful and clearly very experienced. Hes done a great job - very careful with the measuring and cutting - and the end result is fabulous. Although I only asked for fitting this time, I would definitely ask Mike to supply and fit any future blinds I need. Would 100% recommend.

I have been trying to get one clip for our blinds that was missing since they were fitted. I have lost count of the amount of messages I have left to try and get them all of which have resulted in excuses or being ignored...Mike I'm sorry I have had to put this on here but please feel free to try and solve the situation by getting the clip to me.....

Quoted and measured July 2022, said yes and signed. Didn't contact us and when we called he was always on the train. Never called us. We gave up and now have lovely new blinds from a very professional and local company. We wanted to support and use local.
