The Fragrance Shop

Brought perfume from here and went to return it, the cashier wasn't trained to deal with refunds at all. They asked me to come back 4 days later as that's when someone will be there to authorise refunds! I informed them I had come from Coventry today and was visiting family and my nearest store was Solihull branch which is an hour away from Coventry! Kept me waiting for over an hour in the store and still wasn't able to process a refund. Complete amateurs. Avoid! The cashier kept saying its not her problem. I was shocked. Well whose problem is it? It certainly isn't my problem the cashiers haven't been trained how to do their jobs properly. Will never use again.

I have had a very bad experience with Jo the manger. She doesn't have any customer service skills whats so ever. I firstly was served by the young lady and she was so nice and helpful. The manager then jumped in, didn't communicate with her staff to ask her what I wanted neither she asked me, looked at my receipt and rushed to give a refund when I wanted simply swap the perfume my husband gifted me. When I have said this money gone to my husband's card and now I don't have the perfume I needed, she rudely said tell your husband to buy you another one and she also tried to accuse me of fraud that I wanted to swap perfume that wasn't paid for with my card, even though I have had a receipt. I am lost for words.
