They said I can return the cream to be disposed of but not for a refund, what sort of useless, un-customer friendly response is that.
In future Ill go elsewhere now. Cant stand responses like that!
Also, same as everyone else said, the queue was the problem here I came at 7:40pm and was told to come back at 8pm and use the side window had I not have needed to do this, I could have checked what wrong product I was paying for to stop me doing so!
