These guys don't understand their target market. How can you tell a black woman that they can only try on two wigs? RIDICULOUS!! Initially, even after COVID, the policy was that we couldn't try them on at all. I went in on Tuesday this week at around 11am, and even as the only one in the store at that time, I was still told that I couldn't try more than 2. Ridiculous and rigid policy.

lovely hair shop and such friendly staff, can always rely on them for affordable hair care. Just wanted to question how much the crme of nature hair dyes now cost each? thank you

Visited the store as regular customer, i have always met one mix race lady with long beautiful curly hair, so pretty and friendly. I have always complimented her for her hair and how she keeps it curly and pretty all the time. This particular morning i went into the shop to buy hair products and i met another mix race lady and a black tall guy at the tilt, the black tall guy was serving me and was also customer service friendly, while the mixrace lady was serving someone else at the other tilt. all I asked was, what time do they open as I was there from 9am, waited for 30minutes outside and still didn't open, and he apologised and said they were running late that particular morning, the mix race lady began giving me attitude, eye rolling me, tapping on the table slighting bouncing as if something was wrong. She even paused serving the other customer, I was baffled. The gentleman seemed uncomfortable, after paying he just handed me my stuffs after putting them in a bag and I said thank you and left. Another occasion, I went to the shop with my partner who waited in the car, as I was walking in, the same guy was stood outside the shop and I said hello and walked in, the same lady rushed out and started an argument with the guy simply because I said hi and he responded hi back. She stood outside with such an awful body language, I just bought hair extensions and left. Good Customer service is very important especially if you want you business to excell. If anyone has trust issues or behavioural problems, there's always time and place for it. This type of behaviour can cause a lot of damage to you business and more. Many customers would not want to return. I for sure will not return as I will not degrade myself, nor will i tamper with my values and ethics. Where ever I go, I go with my respect and dignity and so it shall remain.
