        honestly such a lovely shop, every single person is always so so kind, welcoming and i leave feeling super cheery! shopping in Lush gets a bad rep sometimes because the staff can come off as intense, but its only because they want you to have the best experience! because when you use it properly Lush is a super majestic and luxurious sensory experience!! and youll always find what youre after even if you dont even know you need it yet! i went in today feeling anxious and left feeling cheered up and relaxed thanks to Izzy! who gave me a lil massage with a cbd bar and showed me lots of cool stuff, i felt so pampered! Izzy even threw in a free solid perfume when i couldnt decide between two scents !! which was so kind and im so grateful! i left with generous samples to help me decide on a conditioner too. was a lovely experience and it honestly made my day. i have loved Lush forever, for their ethics, scents, bath experience and lovely people. thanks izzy and every @ Lush Peterborough!

        Marie is the best!! Always friendly and she gives the best advice for whatever I am looking for in the shop at the time. She remembers you and what you bought the last time you met. Shes an absolute gem. Love coming into the store when she is working.
