Another excellent cut by Lorna who always makes her clients feel welcome. Every time she asks how I found the last cut and if there are any ways she could improve or change it. With new and old customers she considers their faces, lifestyle and ease of looking after a hairstyle, all areas are considered. She is an asset to the salon. DONT GO HERE AT ALL They are so unprofessional and they steal your money by adding on things. They don't even turn up at appointments. They be on the phone while doing your hair They mess up your hair and ask keep coming back to pay more money to rectify it . Bad customer service Told me to leave the salon over the phone Really bad customer service MELANIE (salon director ) married to the salon director Richard. She was awful so rude and nasty to customers and her staff members. I had appointment on Monday 17th April 2023 at 9.44 and when I got there MELANIE forgot my appointment was today, I paid almost three weeks before a deposit for the appointment. She then passed me over to her husband to do my hair. She never spoke to me or asked me on the day how I wanted to have my hair , but I insisted it to be exact same how I had it last time. However she ignored me as customer. Then whilst my hair was getting done I kept informing them that this not how it was clearly distressed and nervous as trying to be polite to salon owner and her husband at the same time, my hair was far from how I wanted it. I tried to explain and show a photo however they were going with what Melanie had advised. After the hair was washed , I asked again for Melanie to come and so I could express how unhappy I was with the hair, again made me feel small ignored me said will be fine just how she does it. I asked to be sorted however they chose only put few foils and not do my face frame which I paid for. . And I insisted it to be fixed. She put few foils but didn't do my face frame as requested . My time was up for my kids as booked baby sitting and had now had to leave to collect kids from school. I paid 240.00 and left the salon. When left the salon was so upset I cried in my car. Melanie always makes you feel so worthless and brushes off how the customer really feels. I felt forced to make payment for something I didn't like and want or the person doing my hair. I called Melanie back hour later expressed how I felt and wonder if she could resolve this for me . When I said this she switched on me said she's not fixing anything and I should choose another salon not come back here! I was so shocked with this abrupt and such rude customer service in which I asked for refund for unresolved service. In which she responded ABSOLUTELY NOT and cut the phone on me. I've got full recording of the phone conversation if anyone would like to hear this. Soo many people have left the salon and I should of left when I heard her shouting at her staff because person who talks horrible to their own staff and is this rude to their customers is non trustworthy and evil person. She's married owner who is sooo many years older than her and shows she very greedy personality person. She has no respect for clients and her staff. She never offered to rectify my hair and her only answer was to leave. I have never met such rude salon owner in my whole life . I have been to sooo many salons and never ever have ever written bad review about anyone because no one would do this. Any good customer service salon would either offer to fix your hair or give you refund and she said no to both of those options and decided to shut down the phone on me. I've recorded this and I will be reporting this further. I'm shocked she's trainer for companies like great lengths and others. I will report her as she's just robs peoples money and puts the phone down and plays games with people money. 240 wasn't small amount of money. I booked three weeks in advance . My hair is now ruined and I have my sisters wedding at the end of the week. I will now have to pay another salon to rectify this mistake. Please don't go here. Honestly rather go to London for this price and go to professional who offer lovely customer service. I REALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.
