Booked in advance, only for her to change times without asking. When I asked why, I was told this is common to juggle her diary. Totally fine with that, but would have appreciated a message first to let me know. Ended up cancelling all my appointments as this is not something I can do (due to work). Got told I wasnt understanding and then blocked before I could explain. Overall great customer service - not!

********* I can only compliment this gorgeous lady. Having struggled for a few years to even see my own brows properly and to draw them on evenly myself. Years of very minimal hair from over plucking and a scar that wouldnt cover from when I was little . Now I have proper full brows and Im loving them, thank you so, so much I was very nervous on the day but Lucy put me at ease . She instantly understood me and how I wanted my brows to be natural looking but to help reshape my face. Im very very happy with the end result and thats before I even go back for my top up. Have been coming to Lucy for over a year now, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lucy is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and so very talented. Her studio is absolutely beautiful. I love the way she does my brows and lash lift, so much so I have now trusted her to do my brows semi permanently, I absolutely love them, I would definitely recommend her, she is amazing!
