        Made 2 visits to Peterborough branch to deposit a cheque as online would not accept scanned cheques over 1000.First visit on a Friday morning but closed..sign said reopens Monday...Revisited following Tuesday but closed again until 31August and then only 10:00am to 2:00pm.Two wasted journeys and unable to pay in and access the much needed cash.

        One day last week I went to the Peterborough branch traveld for a hour found a car park i purchased a parking ticket for one hour walked to the branch and the door was locked as I waited outside the cashier came to the door and said sorry after this customer we are not going to let anyone else in so come back in half an hour so I had just travelled for a hour got a parking ticket for a hour by this time over twenty minutes had passed and there was no explanation why this happened
