        Cash point never accepts cash to pay in happen many times in the past. Bank closed at 3pm on a working day.

        Branch manager was warm and a pleasure to have a small yet memorable encounter with. It was past closing and the branch still had plenty of customers to serve - she checked in on everyone in the queue with a smile. Budget permitting, more than two counters should be open to speed things up, in such situations. I waited over 20mins to be seen due to this.
