My friend who bought this is nearly 88, she wanted this as she cant get out. When it arrived she didnt use it at first as she was unwell and had just lost her sister. Her Grandson took her to the hospital in it for the first time and the foot rest kept falling off. We used it last week again and the foot rest came off again and one of the tyres came off. She has now lost confidence and wont go out at all. I have messaged the company twice and had no response.

I bought a wheelie bin storage unit 189.00. It arrived and I arranged for someone to assemble it and fix it to the ground. This cost 20 plus the hardware for the fixing. Immediately it was clear that the wood was cheap, thin, flimsy; the hardware provided the poorest quality and generally it was extremely poor value for money. I sought a partial refund owing to the hassle involved in returning the item. The next day I attempted to use the item, and the lid came off its hinges in my hand. I took photos and complained to BargainWorld Uk and asked for a full refund as the item was simply unfit for purpose. They have demanded that I return it - at costs to be met by them - approx 80. I have questioned the value of this. Surely better business just to refund the outstanding balance and let me dispose of the item at this end? But they are totally unreasonable. In short really shoddy items and service. No Bargains here!!! AVOID at all costs.

This company is beyond shocking I have been trying to deal with them since May/June regarding a faulty exercise bike I'm still waiting for a refund, amazon are beyond useless and don't care that they allow such a terrible company to sell through their site. Avoid this company at all cost do not give them a penny of your money!!! Out of interest has anyone who has had issues dealt with Sven and did you ever get a refund, I intend to take this company to a small claims court if they don't give me my money back soon.

Awful company, takes an order, then says stocks not marketable. gives 3 week lead for order to be sent. Still advertises stock available and despatch 3-5 days. Dishonest, called twice today to get update no response. Advised Amazon want credit Avoid Barginworld UK at all costs
