Despite a mix up as to what the car had actually come in to have done, I found the staff welcoming, polite and very helpful.The work was carried out in a reasonable amount of time and I was kept informed of the progress and cost. The person dealing with me was attentive and informative. the salesman I spoke to was also very helpful in showing me the newer version of my car and answering my questions.

Very polite and professional. Michael Jupp is my service advisor, he goes above and beyond to help with anything he can even offering to carry my bags to the car. Would definitely recommend.

Called regarding a vehicle they had advertised and was told that they would call me back as I had put an offer in. Instead of calling me back they put the price up on vehicle. Not very professional at all. Just went to a bmw dealer and purchased my new car.

Great communication via email and phone. Always replied to every question and message honestly and instantly. Really happy having bought a car without seeing it. Vehicle as described but probably even better. First class company to deal with which totally surprised me having been stung in the past from other similar businesses. Wouldnt hesitate to use Vindis again! Thank you all
