        Scott Architectural carried out a building survey on a home we were planning to purchase. The survey was extremely detailed and written in a way that was very clear and easy to understand (even as first time buyers!). It was really easy to book the survey and the report was sent through within three working days. I would definitely recommend this company

        As a first time buyer, I asked Gary to conduct a building survey. He was responsive, friendly and knowledgable from the off. The survey was conducted on the date agreed and he sent a comprehensive report along with photos a couple of days later. I called him regarding the findings and he explained everything I needed clarifying. Great, thorough, professional and efficient service from a small, personable firm and great value to boot. Highly recommended.

        Great service from a great guy yet again. I absolutely unreservedly trust wholeheartedly Gary's work knowledge expertise and service. What more can I say. We've chosen to use Gary of Scott Architectural twice and on both occasions it is such a relief to deal with such a genuine honest all round good guy that knows his stuff. Without any doubt we will only use Gary and when the time comes for more expertise we without doubt will be contacting Gary again. A really professional outfit from the start through to the end. In our opinion our rating is off the scale but as 5 is the max obviously we will give the full 5 stars! THANK YOU GARY, and if anyone is in two minds and needs someone reliable genuine and reasonable, professional and authenticated fully then Gary is your guy. From 2 very happy repeat clients.
