This company is ridiculous, we are a new start up spending thousands on a kiosk and I've been chasing Rapid Retail for about 7 months for a quote and all they do is say 'leave it with us we'll definitely call you back'. One guy really talked the talk by telling me not to worry he's going to arrange a day to see me on site but nothing came of it. Makes you think if they can't be bothered to give a quote and you have to chase them up a ridiculous amount of times then what would their service be like once you've gone ahead?
