I reached out to three local businesses to replace a broken shower tray. 1st were the only ones who bothered to reply with any interest. They arrived on time to provide competitive a quotation. They made it clear it would be a few weeks before the job could be completed but we agreed a date and they arrived on time for that. Work was professional, clean and Simon clearly has plenty of experience in this type of work. I was really apprehensive when I broke the shower tray about how anyone would carry out a good repair but now you wouldnt know anyone had been. Without doubt the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Promised call backs never happened , emails ignored and a total lack of interest. All we needed was a replacement syphon kit fitted to a toilet cistern. After 4 weeks of waiting, including an eventual visit with a new syphon kit which was the wrong one we waited another week but finally gave up and called in a proper plumber who completed the job in 48 hours.
