Beautiful Dogs (Pershore) Ltd

I have given 1 star because I i can't give none. I have been taking 1 of my shihtzus to beautiful dogs for about a year now, but what happened today has left me incredulous at they're total lack of care for their canine customers. Having made an appointment 6 weeks before, as usual, I didnt cancel when a rain storm bust with high winds and driving rain, I took the decision that as I'd made the appointment I would keep it. I, we, arrived 5 minutes early, utterly soaked to the skin. The young women, all 3 of them know I have a 5 month puppy, so although I expected to wait the 5 mins in the windy passage way in the cold, I didnt expect the dogs to be left 20 minutes in it while the women had a good old chin wag and a laugh. After 20 minutes I walked away. My dogs have shown you nothing but the best of themselves, you showed them the worst of yourselves today. My dogs deserve better than the unkindness and utter lack of care and professionalism you displayed today. You won't be seeing me, my dogs or my money again. What you did was unnecessary, unkind and borderline cruel. Thank you for your voicemail. FYI the appointment was for 4.15pm. However, I note you completely deny any responsibility for your behaviour, which was as I stated unkind bordering on the cruel and unprofessional in the extreme. Please do not contact me again. Under GDPR please delete all records that pertain to me or any of my dogs. Thank you.

Left a messageas there was no answer. Great service, they called me back and asked me a load of questions about my dog, but when it was clear that I just wanted a basic wash for my dog, rather than the whole grooming and clipping experience I was told that they had no capacity for new clients. Shame, because I atually have 2 dogs that I would get washed regularly, as I'm unable to do it myself due to health issues.

My puppy visited Beautiful Dogs for his first grooming today. What a first class service - calm, re-assuring environment and Beau smelt and looked amazing! So thrilled and have re-booked. Highly recommend.
