I.have paid 150.00 for service 3 visits last 2 questioning whether there were rodents within the property. They said theyd found the source of entry a lifted drain cover, which they put as it should be, but it was lifted within 3 days. They then placed animal friendly stuff where the drain cover is. They believed videos I took on my iPhone were not rodents. They lied twice saying they believed me when I justified my beliefs to them, when they didnt. They said theyd provide info about what theyd done what they originally thought needed to happen to get rodents out.and they provided nothing. I NEEDED THAT TO GIVE TO HOUSING ASSOCIATION. After the 3rd visit they had the cheek to say any more problems contact us. I get up 8/5/23 noise louder than ever. I think they are above bedroom, but when I go in the kitchen there is a big hole in the ceiling with ceiling contents all over kitchen floor. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY I now have Rodents for company this Easter Service: Rodent extermination
