I took my car here as I was hearing a rattling noise towards the back end of the car and Halfords were not able to diagnose the issue, after having it for a whole day. I understand absolutely nothing about cars, so I had no idea what was wrong, other than what Google told me. I went over to the garage and within 10 minutes my car was up on the ramp, problem diagnosed, fixed and off the ramp. I was super impressed with the speed and efficiency in how it was resolved and I was further impressed with the honestly and integrity shown in fixing the problem. Basically my heat shield had moved and was causing a rattling, they moved it back into place and returned my car to me without charge. There are a lot of horror stories out there about garages charging people that dont know about cars a fortune for fixing a minor problem on their car or saying work needs to be done that doesnt. So it was honestly refreshing to have Pershore Tires deal with this like they have! Huge thank you!

Always a great honest service. There advise saved me a small fortune. They told me I didn't need the work i asked for so they lost money.
