        The best butcher in town without a shadow of doubt! All that you would expect from a traditional butcher and then some! Dave really knows his meat and will advise and cut according to your needs. The beef, particularly, is always in prime condition and hung to perfection, which is not to say that the pork, lamb, chickens and game are not equally good - and the in-house bacon, black pudding and ham are spectacular.
