TC Fireplaces

I highly recommend TC Fireplaces. We've just had a new wood burner installed by them and were really impressed with the advice and service given.

Lovely family business (Mum and Daughter run the showroom, Dad looks after the technical stuff and installation). We used TC Fireplaces to remove a gas fire and replace it with a modern landscape style inset electric fire. The installation included the construction of a false chimney breast to house the new fire and making good (plastering, electrics etc). Brilliant service from start to finish and we couldn't be more pleased with our new fire.

It was painless and seamless. Stuart was excellent. He showed us the various options and discussed with us which would best suit our home. We then booked the date and he arrived on time. He did such a professional job and tidied up afterwards. Really pleased with the result

TC fireplaces sent an engineer out within a few days of the original email to survey the situation, he listened to what we wanted and quoted really quickly. We had an old back boiler stove removed, a larger aperture fitted, chimney lined and a new Stovax burner installed, this was all done in a day and a half and is absolutely fantastic! Our order came just before the Covid 19 lock down and TC Fireplaces kept us up to date with their plans and as soon as the lock down lifted they came to do our installation We had one minor issue with the new oak beam not fitting correctly above the new aperture, but a simple email to their office resulted in their engineer popping in 3 hours after the email was received and the beam was fitted again! I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them again for any future work
