Em-Power Fitness Ltd

My nine year old son Torrin is boxing mad and we have been looking for local boxing training for sometime. We spotted that Em Power were offering boxing lessons for children over the Easter break. We have attended every day it's been on and Torrin is absolutely loving it. From the moment we first arrived Lewis was fantastic and very friendly. Mira who takes the boxing classes is the perfect coach by combining top quality coaching with boxing discipline whilst making it fun and keeping his proteges with a smile on their face. It's a full on hour and Torrin can't wait for the next session to come along. We will definitely be signing Torrin up once the Easter offer has finished as Mira has improved his boxing skills no end. We highly recommend it to anyone who has a child who wants to take up boxing.

Brilliant gym, Equipment is unbeatable,they have something for everyone, people are lovely, great community, and the owner is very helpful. Cannot recommend this gym enough!

Excellent and extensive range of equipment, great atmosphere and an even better community. Owner is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable which makes going to the gym even more enjoyable without the gymtimidation and divide found within many of the typical commercial gyms. Empower is a breath of fresh air, with its outdoor training space and social gatherings (which I look forward to attending). Unlike any gym I have visited previously, cannot recommend enough!

Attended this gym at the weekend, it has a wide range of different workouts to suit every need great space and very clean and tidy, state of the art equipment with boxing and mixed combats sports equiment if your looking to change things up looking forward to returning again soon.

Amazing facility with welcoming staff and community. Lots of high quality specialty equipment for Strongman, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Functional Training, and Boxing.
