        Such a caring council. I've never lived anywhere so beautiful, with parks that are well maintained and kept looking pretty. I adore where I live, and the council help keep it that way.

        Absolutely shocking service. Applied for discount 400 energy on 25th Feb 5 weeks later nothing. Called these who couldn't find application. Advised I call the call center who told me application rejected as address incorrect. "I obviously don't know where I live" and will have to apply again and wait another 6 shocking weeks. Even said it was my fault!!! Not even a "as you waited 5 weeks already we will sort quicker,"Diabolical service. No wonder they only have 2 stars, and not even worthy of that. I am aure a condescending no use apology will be replied to this. Apology not accepted. Just do what is asked!!!
