        Excellent customer service (special shout out to Catherine who was so helpful to me with what to order for a gift for Mother's Day, as a non-gardener myself). Ordered double helibores over the telephone and collected them from their premises directly. The plants were all in flower and very sturdy - my mum will be thrilled with them. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hayloft and will definitely order plants from here again. Many thanks guys
