So I called the 'firm' to discuss my employment matter whereby I was discriminated against by my supervisor in a hospital no less. I was told by my supervisor at the hospital that my name was 'strange.' Called the firm and explained to the woman who answered the phone (sounded like an old English woman) what had happened and she replied 'what is the issue?' I reiterated that the issue was that I was told my name was strange. She told me that this was a 'dispute.' I replied no this was 'discrimination.' The woman seemed incapable of listening and understanding and said she would not be able to help me. So a warning to any person of ethnic origin who is calling for an employment matter regarding discrimination. This 'firm' is simply run by another racist English person from an archaic generation with no empathy; beware!

Nicola is a good quality South London business solicitor. As a local accountant (Coman & Co), I have referred clients to her over the years for company law issues related to small business, including: partnership agreements for family run businesses and shareholder agreements for business owners. She has also been helpful where my clients are involved in compromise agreements, restrictive covenants, and other areas of employment law. I would have no problem continuing to refer to her as one of the best solicitors working from South London.

We had a company law issue recently and needed a solicitor who specialises in company and commercial law. Nicola Prior was able to answer all our questions and to analyse and diagnose the issues and then to advise us how to resolve them. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
