Thank you for the Muay Thai class on Sunday it was excellent, The Coach was highly skilled, knowledgeable and did a great job in covering the technicalities of the sport, his personality was lively and made us laugh while learning this sport so the energy and vive were really high and kids loved it, we were all engaged throughout the session. It will be amazing to have more of these sessions on a weekly basis to continue with the development of new skills.

Decent gym with a reasonable range of weights and machines. Good shower facilities. Staff are friendly but the entry routine is a bit awkward. You walk in and a host of personal trainers/reception staff just look at you..... you have to announce your arrival, they check your name and ensure you are a member so you can continue your session. Surely there is a better more automated way to enter, in line with most other gyms. They have punch bags and a wide range of classes which are good, including kids classes. The kids boxing is a good entry level class for kids looking to start boxing. There are a few broken machines and punch bags..... has been a week since damage, I hope these are repaired/replaced soon.

Dwaine is a great personal trainer and has massively helped me to achieve my goals at the gym. I really enjoy our sessions and would definitely recommend him, and the gym!
