I strongly advise not to use 3rd eye builders adds the quality of work is very poor him and his son Do not know about the building industry I will post pictures of his poor quality of work and how he left my home He claimed that he had his own team which was a lie His own workforce spoke poorly of him Patrick does not know about the building game He's a high risk and make good builders look bad Once again hes a liability

Third Eye are an amazing firm. A real find. They were working outside and inside our property. Excellent execution of the work, above and beyond, with attention to detail. The workers are easy company, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly and quietly. The inside plastering was completed with absolutely no dust at any time! Am recommending them to all I know.

I have worked with many builders over the course of our 2 year renovation. Some of them great and others an embarrassment to the profession to say the least. Patrick and his team have not only never let me down, but have helped to reassure my partner and I that we were in good hands. Patrick has a great professional manner and is also very approachable, for example when I've requested to discuss quotes or make amendments to my requests at the last minute, its never been an issue. I believe he gives his fair and honest opinion on projects and offers genuine advice not with how much money he can make from you being his only agenda. I believe he enjoys his job and takes pride in his work and this for me is key in any field of work. I have currently employed Third Eye Builders on a 3rd project. I can vouch and say, if he says he will be there Monday 9am, he will be there and the job will be done! No messing around! It has been a pleasure to work with them so far and I look forward to completing my current project with the team.

Third Eye Builders(TEB) impressed me with their initial assessment of the job, what I thought would be a simple external decoration of a Victorian house quite rightly turned out to be something far more comprehensive. TEB diagnosed a range of repair works that needed to be undertaken prior to any paint job, these included re-pointing of the brickwork, removal and repair of damaged sash window frames, the rebuilding of a front garden wall that was leaning and required rendering. Other firms quoting had simply ignored these problems and I can only presume would have painted over rotten timber and damaged masonry. All the work was carried out to a very high standard by a team that was friendly and reliable. At all stages through the job TEB clearly and concisely explained what the next stage of work involved. Overall a thoroughly professional job. Catherine
