        Sadly a really uncomfortable experience at this shop. I looked forward to browsing through the clothes to see what may be suitable to buy. Unfortunately the lady working there seemed to be very focussed on making me feel quite unwelcome and uncomfortable. After a considerably cold welcome she proceeded to follow me around the shop, moving back any item I so much as touched. It was a very strange experience. I love to shop and Ive never experienced such poor treatment. Ive never experienced such rude customer service so its safe to say I wouldnt recommend and will not be returning. I can only assume this is why the shop was so empty compared to the rest of the lovely stores with fantastic service.

        My family and I visited this store today. What a lovely atmosphere great quality clothing. hazel was so warm and friendly. I purchased this lovely cardigan that Im really happy with. Its can go for all occasions would highly recommend visiting this store

        Every time we come to Thorsbury hall we always pop into hazels . Always a warm welcome by Hazel & Lorraine. My other half and her mom always come out with something. Quality clothing well worth a visit
