        I was unlucky enough to have a wheel broken by an airline on one of my new Rock cases. I thought I'd make a quick enquiry and see if I could replace the wheel rather than buy new. I've had some AWESOME customer service from Fal Patel within customer service! The replies were quick, process explained, details sent and my wheel is on its way with an offer of a call with another staff member to help me fit it at home! All for less than 10! Thanks so much to Fal for your help! Defo sticking with Rock for my future travel needs!
