Medway Parade Post Office

The worst post office in UK. I entered the store with a parcel weighing 2.3kg was told by the horrible customer service girl we don't do parcels over 2kg I advised her it's 9.05 for Upton 10kg she barked your not listening I've told you were a post office that only does 2kg or below. She said " everyone knows this" I said well I don't and she was wrong after a stand off were she was ignoring me I said get your boss. She rang someone and spoke to them in a foreign language she was advised then that if you have to take it just do it. I then paid her 9.05 and handed over a winning 20 scratch card. She then tells me I need to go to the back of the wue to cash ticket even tho it's the same till she was using for everything. This young woman's attitude absolutely stinks. I refused to go to the back of the qu. She starts to beckon the customer behind me who as it happens had a scratch card to cash also . I said unless I get sorted 1st ( I waited like everyone else) no one is getting served she then said I'll call the police I told her crack on. She snatchers the scratch card out my hand and throws the winning of 20 onto the counter and straight on to the floor. This woman shouldn't be serving the public ever and I have notified royal mail post office and Camelot. Hopefully this disgrace of a shop loses its licenses to operate on both services.and by reading all the negative reviews about it's Amazon prime return service it loses that as well. Disgraceful behaviour for a local hub shop on ever level possible. If I could give minus Star's I would. Avoid at all costs

Oh I am so beyond words for the disgraceful ways these people operate!! The lies the made up rules the disgusting switch between languages in front of the customer! They are definitely doing something shady! Never again will i use this place!

This place is a complete disgrace. Making their own rules on how many parcels they will accept, making countless mistakes, one day they are accepting barcodes, the next the done. Its just the top of the iceberg. Their attitude towards customer, disrespect and kissing their teeth is ridiculous and so disrespectful as uncomfortable. Avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your own day!

Medway Parade Post Office / Londis are registered as Amazon Return hub. I walked in this shop on 28th of November and they told me that they cannot take my parcel as they ran out of Amazon return bags. Well - it does happen. The girl told me that they should receive some bags in 2-3 days. So, I came back on the 5th of December. Could see a queue with some Amazon returns and shop guy was telling all Amazon customers that they do not have bags and cannot accept returns. No explanation or apologies given... When I challenge the guy saying that the same excuse I was given a week ago... he told me I should call Amazon and order bags!!! He was rude, the girl ignored others just was dealing with paying customers... never seen anything like this. AVOID and don't waste your time in this shop. No idea why they are listed as Amazon return hub - they do not provide services, which they have signed for and advertise on Amazon!!! They do not deserve even one Star!!!
