I have unfortunately had to go to a lot of physios in my life but Matt is head and shoulders above all of them. The way he adapts to a client, the geniune sincerity he shows in not only understanding your symptoms aswell as your causes is remarkable. I really like the methods he uses and the time he takes . Great guy and great service. Thanks Matt and hopefully not see you soon?

Matt was great and went above and beyond in helping me with my back issues, he carefully explained exercises that were right for my specific case, made sure I do them with correct form and worked out a training plan for me to augment my existing exercise regime. Can only recommend him.

Matt has some great credentials which he fully lives up to! Having completed the full NHS physiotherapy course, my anterior knee pain flared up again and the GP just offered me Naproxen. I decided to seek some private help for the first time in my life. Matt was very thorough in his approach and was able to deal with the psychological side of recovery extremely well. I have already recommended a couple of family members to him.

I visited Matt on a colleagues recommendation. I had injured my lower back in the gym in the days prior to my visit and was really struggling with day to day tasks; walking, climbing stairs and even getting out of bed were very painful, let alone any exercise. Matt was very friendly, personable and professional. He guided me through a series of movements and assured me that my injury was very likely to be muscular, which was a relief. Matt provided me with the guidance of particular stretches and movements I should complete to aid my recovery, which of course was very useful. Given my particular injury Matt advised to continue training but at 20-50%. However it was Matts advice on the psychological side of my recovery which really stood out and definitely went some way in contributing towards my recovery. I cannot recommend Matt enough.
