I've been using this for about four years now for a family member's prescriptions and was even able to continue ordering them from the other side of the world. Reliable, super efficient and we always have the medicines in good time thanks to the reminder service. 10/10 - excellent and consistent service.

I ran out of medication yesterday. I ordered the fresh stock last weekend. I've only just this morning received notification that my meds have been sent via Parcel Force and should be here between 24-48 hours! What use is that? Over a week to get a simple prescription is ridiculous. I could've been given a paper prescription and driven around each pharmacy in the Midlands in the time it's taken for this to work Will be avoiding in future

I had 3 medications on repeat. Every time I reordered there was something out of stock. It got to be just normal to expect them to not have my medication and for me to run out. I have cancelled my account with Lloyd's direct and gone back to collecting from a local pharmacy.

Used to be great I've used this service for 4 or 5 years and had no problems whatsoever. However at the first sign of an issue, it has been completely impossible to contact anyone at Lloyds Direct. Their online chat function will never take you through to a real person, and they absolutely will not pick up the phone. I've tried to get through to someone for 3 days, spending 45 mins on hold each time before being told they cannot take my call right now and hung up on. This has been at different times of day, and they are clearly operating with an insufficient number of call handlers, if any at all. It is not acceptable to continue to claim they are dealing with an unusually high number of calls. Companies have been getting away with this for the last 3 years- this is the new normal and they need to plan accordingly. Would not recommend this service and will have to go back to collecting.
