        The name of the unit is diffrent from whst us advertisement so us the opening time. So I got there at 8am and couldn't find it ,utill I I spoke to a member of the team. There seem to be so.e confusion a bout the wheel nuts and I was told I would be charged 30.00 per wheel,luckily this didn't happen and I had to ask about things that I had highlighted on their online form. They did sort out one of the issues but I had to ask about it and they rectified a fault that came up whilst driving home. I just think they need to think more about the customer experience and communicate more effectively. Issues were sorted out quickly with no fuss.
