        Placed an order on Monday with a 15 courier fee. Have emailed a few times and spoken to reception regarding an ETA. ZERO response and now Wednesday afternoon. Would have ordered elsewhere had I known the customer service would be this bad :( Once I eventually got to speak to someone, he was very helpful and got my order dispatched the same day.
