        Customer service is absolute trash. Did not provide me with any info about my order/shipping/anything and could not provide me with the simplest answers when I requested what had gone wrong. Customer support associate 'Meena' should absolutely go look for a different job because she clearly isnt cut out for this. Rude af.

        Recommended to me and I have to say I have not looked anywhere else since. Great service and always keeping you up to date with emails on orders. If I ever have a question or need to find out about something same day response great customer service. Highly recommended.

        They are awesome, always loved pink panther ice and I wish there was an ice version of the newist blue panther but I will settle for the og pink ice and pink frozen remix, the black panther creamy tobacco is delicious and I forgot to mention the customer service is extremely good. Big props to the owner and employees yous go the extra mile for your customers and as weird as it sounds I love you all because you are stopping me from smoking so thank you so much.
