Food is packaged very good but thats about all, for the prices they charge you would expect much bigger portions , they advertise it would feed 3-4 people but in reality its only enough for 12 people would struggle to eat a proper meal. Also food is frozen and does not taste anything like royal nawab. Save yourself some money and buy from the local Indian shop and I can guarantee it will be better than this

Very disheartening . Order food for dinner for mothers day and unfortunately Dpd can not give delivery slot details as consignment has been uploaded but deai eats but they havnt received the parcel from them as of yet! I have emailed and tried calling over 50 times number is engaged. And emailed but no response and on top of it they website has gone under construction maintenance. Very upseting as we dnt know to order food from somehwere else or to wait!
