KFC Greenford

Kept us waiting a good 30min at the drive through, only to find out that as it's near closing time they don't have a full stock of chicken options. Also the machine from which to order from was not activated, they intentionally make you wait in a queue of cars only to find out on the last window that they closed the kitchen and are trying to get rid of the stock they have. No sign, nothing. Got there 11.30pm only to leave at 00.00 without the food I wanted. Dishonost technique. They could have easily have 0ut a sign up or informed the cars in the queue. The food is so nice and fresh, friendly staff and they maintain good hygiene standards in store but the problem with some customers, their eating way is so disgusting, they think it's their own house and throws the rubbish all over the store, don't have any sense to bring their own food trays into bins, left over all food on tables, that delays the efficiency of the staff so I address people to eat clean and maintain the store premises clean, I know the customers are well educated but poor in culture. So before complaining please make sure you are maintaining your own self
