Disgusting company. Lie about delivery, don't send delivery details, after 2 days of waiting in no delivery. Requested a manager multiple times and each time fobbed off and told managers don't take calls! DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered Outsunny Greenhouse with Double Doors and 4 Windows Outdoor Green 3 x 1 x 2m . Delivered product didn't completely match to described one in the web-site. Instead of galvanized steel frame it was thin painted metal frame. Besides, it was described fixing the frame with bolts but it were delivered plastic corners one of which was damaged. It was awful! lost money !

The product I bought is lovely but the customer service is awful. Firstly they messed up delivery and now two parts don't fit together. they told me to fix it myself and they'll send 25 compensation, despite the fact the chair in question is worth ~140. All I'm asking for is replacement parts or decent compensation... they offered me a whole new set.. and that I can dispose of the parts I don't need. How wasteful! Why they can't just open a box and take the parts out I have no idea. I'd buy your outsunny products somewhere else

Good selection of office chairs at reasonable prices. We chose one that so happened to include a massage function. Good buying experience, with quick query answered by customer services. Very fast delivery, 24 hrs free delivery. Put together and really pleased with the chair
