Total cowboys, unprofessional and left us feeling completely scammed. Avoid at all costs. Wish Id read all the reviews before wasting 246.59 on such a dreadful quality metal shed. They refuse to refund unless you pay for the shed to be returned yourself, this is not in line with their own returns policy online. This of course costs a huge amount as its a large and heavy. You must return it in an unopened as new condition. But we opened it to ascertain it was rubbish quality. They are ignoring all our emails and messages through PayPal. Total waste of money, lots of stress and regret not reading the companies reviews

Ordered an exercise bike from them via Amazon, was told would be "delivered today by 8pm" - 5 days in a row the package did not turn up and I have been waiting in for it wasting my time, obviously they use the cheapest courier with no regard for customer service - if you see a product from MH STAR I recommend you seek an alternate supplier

Appaulling customer service. Sent poor quality, damaged and not fit for purpose items. Customer service highly resistant to making progress with a refund and do not do what they committed to. I feel robbed.

I wish to return a parasol because it was too big, my error. How to return it? Impossible to find out..Amazon just sent me to MHSTAR to print a label.. I am expected to take it to the post office. I'm 88 and cannot carry the boxed parasol it is too big and heavy and awkward. I have Amazon Prime and that is of no help. I called the company, that is a laugh, clearly there are no human beings in customer service. Don't shop there if you think you might need to return the item
