some of most appaling customer service I've ever experienced from any organisation. All kinds technical glitches, emails not answered, never possible to speak to anyone on the phone, always out of stock, lots of delays, medication delievered late. On top of that they've recently taken to flooding review sites with positive reviews - check out whats been happening on Trust Pilot recently. Does a company in the business of delievering important medical supplies not need to have a special licence or undergo some kind of process to ascertain whether or not that can actually do what they say they do? Then should'nt their licence be suspended. Who's in charge of this shambles at Lloyds Direct? Who in the company gave the instruction to flood the review site with fake reviews and what does that say about the company?
