Hi. For anyone considering using Lukasz to carry out work on their property, I can highly recommend him. He was recommended to me by my architect. He carried out about 80k of refurbishment to my property a couple of years ago and I have no complaints about him. He has good quality of workmanship and communication skills. He stayed on site till the end unlike lots of builders. It's rare to have this kind of work done without finding little faults after completion and I had a couple of faults that cropped up but He came and rectified them immediately and this is another of his strengths. I would not hesitate in employing him again in the future. Lukasz and his team made extensive renovations to my flat that involved removing a wall, removing a chimney, laying down floorboards, painting and decorating and replacing and redesigning all the doors. Not only did they do an excellent job but Lukasz also made several suggestions to the design and layout of the flat that really enhanced the results. He also connected me to an excellent structural engineer and a good team of building control surveyors so that all the changes were correctly approved and designed. Once the job was finished, Lukasz has been readily available to make any further amendments to the flat. He is a warm and friendly guy and very easy to work with. I can't recommend him enough.
