Mason's Coach Hire Ealing

I was disappointed with Mason's coach hire service. I made 3 attempts via the web site to get a quote and was unsuccessful. I then called to see if I could get some help over the phone, and spoke to a gentleman called Mark. Who said he would look into my quote request and cut me off rather abruptly on the phone. He did however respond via email to enquire which date I needed the coaches for. To which I responded back. I again received no quote so I sent another email to Mark to ask had he had the opportunity to sort me out a quote. Which once again was unanswered. I have now given up and taken my business elsewhere. I had hoped to book locally to support business in my area but alas it's not to be.

Really efficient and professional service. Paul the driver went out of his way to make sure the trip ran smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Great experience! Friendly, chatty irish driver, the booking process went great(very nice staff) and the minibus was in great condition. Pretty good price as well. Would definitely recommend
