        After visiting my grandad I came away from Rothsay with a great impression. The reception staff were lovely and directed me to his room. His room was clean and even though he's only just moved in it seemed really homely and comfortable and the care staff had helped him unpack the bags he brought from hospital.

        I made an enquiry and was offered a show round. I was very impressed with the standards of Infection Control. I was not allowed in until I showed my Covid passport and proof of negative LFD test. I was asked politely to wash my hands then offered a clean mask. The home is very clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming.
