Every time I come here the toilets are out of order or in a complete state. Horrid station.

Stopped at about 10:30 pm for a loo break and snack. No access to shops / toilets. I think we could have asked the person at the till to grab a snack for us but rankly does not feel welcoming. Biggest boldest rat I've ever seen loitering by the doors. I can understand there may be good reasons for locking the shop at night but there should be toilets 24/7 at a place that calls itself "services" on a trunk road like this. I think a "not 24 hours" update is required to the signs.

At 20:30 on a Sunday: the Starbucks was closed, the Greggs was closed, the Subway was closed, and the Spar had no sandwiches left. Diesel at 15p/l more than a supermarket. Toilets were ok though.

Toilets are small, dirty, with a wet floor, no lock on the cubicle door, and toilet roll holder hanging of the wall. I suggest that they hire a cleaner.

Go around the back to the hgv parking and you can see the family of rats that live there
