David is incredibly helpful and accommodating. He changed our lock last year and after having some issues he came out short notice to replace it for us again. Very friendly, approachable and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

A truly remarkable service from David. He came out bless him of his own accord to take pictures of my keys to re-cut as I didnt take them properly myself. He came back later that day to try new keys he had cut, but being a perfectionist he wasnt happy how they turned in the lock. He then came back the following morning with further cut keys, but once I told him mine didnt work well (should of done that on first visit!) he ascertained that the barrel was indeed 18 years old. As quick as a flash he fixed a new barrel and gave me 5 sets of keys. My original request from him was I needed two extra keys so I didnt get locked out again, of which if I had known he came out for that service/known about him before, I would of saved myself 2 very costly call outs to what he would of charged. Again, the personal, professional service was truly remarkable and one that is rare to find nowadays. Thank you soo very much David.
