We've been trying different ways to increase productivity and reduce stress for our team and can highly recommend Reflex for Sport. Bibi brings her chair in and then works wonders for us twice a month. Everyone in the team loves their sessions with her, to the point where it can get quite competitive if there's a slot up for grabs! Bibi is brilliant at making sure everyone feel cared for and this is so much better than the usual agency 'treat' (which usually involves something unhealthy!) and has much longer lasting benefits.

Unique massage I have now had numerous treatments from Bibi and she has a unique approach that seems to be really effective. I am an ageing sports enthusiast and often suffer from muscle stiffness. I would highly recommend her. Dont forget to finish with reflexology
