Countrybike

From the get-go the customer service was first class. My wife and I hired bikes for a week while on holiday and they were perfect. Tim dropped them at our cottage one morning, did a quick handover and collected them a week later. The comms were excellent and the price was unbeatable. It's not often that you get people that really care about their customers this much these days so when they do it really stands out. We can't recommend Countrybike enough. Thank you Tim.

We rented 8 bikes for a cycling tour with my friends in Maidstone. The bikes were outstanding- very clean, well maintained and durable. Customer service was also exceptional. Would definitely rent from Country Bike again. Highly recommended.

We hired 2 adult bikes with child seats for our 3 year old and 18 month old. Tim met us at Penshurst place to show us the bikes, how they work and even had maps for us. We rode the Penshurst Place to Haysden Country Park route which is great for young children (we have an 8 year old) as its mainly all off road along the cycle trail and not too steep. Great little day out with the family made easy Countrybike and the great service :-) Will definitely use again.
