        Went there for Easter Weekend from Essex to Penrith, actually going to Keswick. Went there on Bank Holiday Monday as there no train service only use bus replacement service. The staffs is very friendly and kind, fully deaf awareness what I need something. Also the staff is kindly to let take my rucksack and bags to the staff rooms to look after when I need go to McDonald's Penrith to get tea before catch rail replacement service. 10/10
