The coffee was just okay... I have high standards for coffee and could tell the beans they used were not fresh. The iced vanilla latte that my partner ordered was too sweet. I tried to strike up a discussion and ask more questions to the worker/barista re the coffee beans etc.. and roast used but he wasn't of much help-not knowledgeable whatsoever. I made a big assumption since the cafe was in a unique format and based on it's name-would have pretty good specialty coffee or at least knew half-of what they were doing-however I found this was not the case. They use Monin syrups which is a good company/quality product-basically all they have going for them other than the unique location the cafe is run out of.
