No help to carry things in the house as my mum and brother had there hands full. So brother had to use his knee to close the taxi door no harm was done to the taxi but with that it got made into big deal than what it was brother got told off and said if he did that again he wont be coming in the taxi again I apologised on the phone he meant no harm by it. I got told he could of put things down before closing taxi door, How about helping the customers even if you dont want to help carry things could of offered to close taxi door since they had their hands full but did neither and also got told its "20 grand car love" it was ridiculous to say that as I hardly think kneeing the car slightly enough for the taxi door to close is gonna do any damage it didnt leave so much as a dirt mark lol what is it with penrith taxi drivers so mean really sad that this happened. But all the same I will apologise on his behalf I am sorry.....

Uses an 070 premium number as I have just found out on my latest phone bill . Quite underhand if you ask me.
