Premier Inn Penrith hotel

Called in here for breakfast as we were passing through Penrith in our camper van. What a lovely welcome from Erika in the restaurant!! We were met and welcomed with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and Erika was absolutely brilliant she showed us where everything was then to our table, so welcoming and friendly she checked on us as we were eating making sure everything was good This level of customer attention was paid to every customer and she was busy just a natural expert in customer service! A real asset to Premier inn! Highly recommend this Premier in restaurant And we will certainly go back when we are in that area! Thank you Erika Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast

We stayed for one night on our way to Scotland. The room and breakfast were as expected as we book Premiere Inns regularly. Sadly only a limited menu for the evening meal as no attached restaurant. The menu didnt suit my diet so we were directed to the local Wetherspoons. Sadly the steaks there were the very worst ever making a poor end to our rotten day on the M6. There wasnt another restaurant in my walking distance (disabled) meaning that we wont be returning to Penrith as a stopover again. Sadly thats not really the Premiere Inns fault. What a shame no decent restaurant right next door like all the other Premiere Inns
