        Used for 3 years. Maybe a change of management or staff but I booked a month ahead for 10am, they rang the week before to see if I could arrive earlier and agreed 9.30 due to school run. Day of dogs clipping I arrive 9.30 and the lady on shift informs me Im half a hour late and they wont fit me in despite me rushing to fit their requested change. Sadly its shambles and we now go elsewhere to another groomer in Penrith.

        My yorkie is very nervous but Kelly always makes a fuss of him and she does an amazing job.

        This was the first time Ive used The Groom Room, and probably the last. No issues with the work done on my dog - hes a messy beast, and the girl who attended to him did a good job. However I found the customer service by one staff member, possibly the supervisor quite poor. I explained when I dropped the dog that I may not be able to collect him on the dot. Now Im used to the groomer giving me a call when the dog is done. Apparently Groom Room dont do this as a norm. I got a call at quarter past the hour, and told if I didnt collect within 15 minutes there would be a late fee. Seeing as I live 20-25 mins from the store I found this a bit objectionable. Having been told I had to pay the extra 5 I find this business to be short sighted, more interested in short term profits than customer service and building a repeat customer base.
